Buy-Outs

Notus Investment Partners will mobilize funds to acquire a controlling or full ownership stake in a company, typically a mature, established business. The objective is to take the company private (or acquire a private company) and implement significant operational improvements, strategic changes, and financial restructuring to unlock value.

Green-field

The fund will also look into opportunities of pursuing greenfield opportunities in areas that are untapped and compliment the portfolio through strategic value propositions.

Growth Model

We will also review opportunities to take a minority stake in a scalable company that is already established but needs capital to fund its expansion. This can be in the form of new product development or market expansion in the food services sector

Blended Approach

The appropriate strategy will be used through various phases of the roadmap for the fund in consolidating a strong position in line with the funds aspiration and investment ethos of picking strategic points of the value chain and consolidating their position.
